ABOUT.
I create contemporary oil paintings on a sustained body of work around quiet resistance. Forms dissolve and re-form; clarity is partial by design.
I make quiet atmospheric oil paintings in which the force of the work is internal — a state of mind that never declares itself.
The surface is primary — not the motif. Decisions are carried in edges, weight, and pace.
Although self-initiated at first, I currently study at the Fine Arts Academy Cologne art school in Cologne under Ivan Dimov, whose guidance shaped the precision of my practice. Oil painting became my medium of choice for its ability to hold both control and dissolution — sensual surface with restrained tension beneath it.
My work searches for that edge where fragility and refusal coexist. Selected works from this series are released publicly; others remain in archive to preserve coherence.
